Withdrawal of ipc468

Hello,

IPC468, IPC420,IPC34. has been filed against one of my friend by Gvt of Maharashtra on behalf of complainer in property related issues. now my friend and complainer  have reached agreement, as per settlement the property has been returned to complainer. 

let us know how to remove this charges?. incase a complainer even after getting his property back does not withdraw charges, what are the options for my friend.
