Hi,
I would like to give a will to give my flat to my second daughter. No one except my wife knows about this flat.
I want to give that on or after 1st Jan 2025 and dont want her in-laws to know about the details of the property until that time.
I am thinking of giving a will to allow my first daughter to maintain all my properties (she does not have to reveal the details of the property) till that time and have a sealed envelope with the details of the property and that it should be given to my second daughter. The sealed envelope should be opened only on 1st Jan 2025 or after.
Is this possible and is there any legal issue?
