We have a house in New Delhi. Both my patents are deceased. My father's Will went through the probate court procedure with the final judgement done.
1) What is the procedure to get a certified copy of the final judgement in Delhi court.
2) what is the procedure to get my name on the house? DDA , MCD etc?
3) what is the cost to get the probate certificated from the court. The court representative valued the property at 40 lacs.
