will and Dr qualification

my question is , what is the qualification of doctor for.giving fitness certificate which is attached with WILL . many times i heard from callegue advocates that minimum MBBS qualification needed. but once doctor asked me this question that, in your law which section states doctors should be MMBS. he says, even BHMS , BAMS dr. can give. can any one guide me.. ?
