i want to know when probate is necessary for a will??? plz clarify me... soon....

As soon as the person on whose behalf the WILL is no more living. This is applied before the Court having jurisdiction and WILL is provided  a Probate on no objections.

Is it compulsory???.... whether anyone is exempted from probation of will... i need ur advice....
