How to execute undisputed clear will by father to adopted son ?
Before your opinion, kindly consider the following please :
1. Father don't have legal heirs
2. Property value is more than Rs.100 crores
3. Property is mixed with self acquired and ancestral
4. Father is bed ridden/ill
5. Father is willing to execute will in his adopted son
Please note that the adopted son feels/fears that dispute may come thro relatives,since property value is bigger, so he wants to execute will in his favour thro proper and undisputed by any question of law or anything...
