My late grandfather had a son(my father) and a daughter, he had divided his property(which he earned) to both his son and daughter. According to his will, after the death of his wife(my grandmother) the heirs will be his son and daughter. We have 3.90 acres of land which is my father's share and my grandmother is now having the rights to it, after her death my father become the heir.
Now my father and grandmother had sold 73 cents of the land and after the transaction they are trying to bully me, my mother and my sister. They went away from our home(which is also their share and build by my grandfather in the 3.90 acre). They are not giving any money for my mother,me and my sister. Now they live with my father's sister and we are living in the family house(the house mentioned above). Years ago my father took my mother's share of 14 cents of land and sold it, now we have no access to that money or the money he earned through the transaction of the 73 cents. We fear he would sell the remaining property, what can we do in order to stop him from further transactions. My marriage is fixed before my father left our home, now he is not willing to do anything for us. Can we claim the money he earned through the transaction ? or is it possible for my father's sister to take control of my father's share ?
