Dear All Lawyers and club members! please help me to find the right answer.
i am the only son of my parents. it is very sad to say that i married a very wrong girl in 2002. she is chaste and characterless. there is also one 10 years male child of ours. she deserted my home in 2004 and did not return till today. it has been near about 9 years. our divorce proceedings is going on. she is the greedy lady of money. her demand is Rs 25 lakhs. i don't have any property / money in my name. i am also not in any government service. unfortunately my father expired in october 2013. all the property bought and registered by my father was one house and the 2 bigha land in the name of my mother. except this there is 1 bigha land of my father's share in my grand father's property. my father had also written a registered will in the name of my mother that she will be the sole owner of all the property and he has disowned me from all the property.
i want to know that how can i save all these properties during divorce or after divorce from my divorced wife and child. if the property comes to my name after my mother's life. can any will can be made by my mother to me in which they can not claim .
