Wife married with mother name instead of father

Hi Team,

This is Ashok My wife married with me with her mother name ( Y - Marathe) her father name is (x- Dongare)

On her pan card its father Name ( i.e. X-Dongre which is correct)

But on marriage certificate( She married with Surname Y-Marathe with mother name also Y-Marathe)

Her Father is ACP and misused power to file 498 A on me ..now we r on AB. My Father in law has done second marriage and my wife parents are seperated ( I My wief and her mother change name to her native)

BUT THEIR IS NO DIVORCE BETWEEN my father in law and mother in law

 i have baby ,,he is in her custody ,now she filed DV Case with sec 18-22

I filed RCR in my place. but she is delibrately not accepting it.,

Now my question

1. CAn this marriage will be considered as fraud case ..can we go for annulment ?

2. we are sending letter to CM,Home Minster for misuse of police power by my father in law.

3. my wife place all local poilice is under control of my father in law.

How to handle this case?
