Wife is calling my office collegues and defaming me and threatens to reach HR after filing false 498A

Before the company kicks you out, better leave job by giving notice that due to all these above matters you are unable to concentrate on your job and you want to leave the job.  Take multiple printouts of this letter and keep with you.  Your company reply take mutiple printouts and keep with you.  File for unemployment in local employment exchange. All this will help tmrw when your wife claim alimony.

Side by side join some other company after few months and dont reveal this to opposite parties.

The company may not ask you to resign or terminate.

There are many citizens/employees/spouses like you and even other spouses facing such situations..

The final impression is to be taken by you from your bosses and employer.
