Wife gang raped does not amount cruelty to Husband,husband is entitled to get Divorce
(i) The contesting respondent has no illicit relationship with Respondent No. 2 or anyone else.
(ii) Rape is not a ground for divorce.
(iii) The husband cannot claim cruelty because he has to live with a rape victim.
(iv) There is no cruelty on the part of the contesting respondent.
