Wife cheated on me. what should i do?

I was married on 27th feb 2009.I am in working in Delhi and she is also working in delhi.
On 01st Mar 2012, while were returning from office I found she was sending (intimate) sms to a boy in night. On enquiring it was found that she had affair with that boy who is in her office itself.
Being from a conservative family, I could not tolerate that, stopped talking to her, and told that to her parents. After that her parents came, shouting on me nd my family & said ur putting wrong allegations. After dat she went to her parents. After 1 months of dat incedent happen now she is not ready to come here and even her parents have not ready to talk and make false allegations of abuse.

Please advice:
1 Some one told that we should file a case before they file a case, so should I move ahead with it?
2 Like law has safeguarded wives and they are misusing that law , is there any law for husbands where I can be supported?

Even everyone knows that she is characterless but due to lack of evidence i cn't prove wrong. Please advise me step by step. Many Thanks

Dear Mr.Chawla,

Please be cautious, an estranged wife may go to any extent to cover up her own wrongs(adultery) and implicate you in end number of cases. Filing a case before they do is not correct. Though the concerned authorities should in the fitness of things be intimated in advance as to your apprehensions. As regards safeguards the Supreme Court/High Courts/Police Commissioner of Delhi have over the years laid down several safeguards that have diluted the anti-men law to a great extent. An intimation replete with all these authorities + coupled with real fact situation - would greatly protect. The best part being the opposite party won't come to know of it, until and unless they file a complaint.

Do try to collect as much evidence as you can of her affairs - Would help you immensely.

Feel Free to ask for any clarifications !
