WIDOW MOTHER ???????

RESPECTED ALL -

                            A WIDOW LADY OF AGE 68YRS HAS A ONE DAUGHTER AND ONE SON THE ALL PROPERTY IS THE NAME OF HIS SON . DAUGHTER AND SONS ALSO MARRIED .BUT THE WIFE OF SON CAN NOT WANT TO STAY IN HER HOUSE OF HER MOTHER IN LAW .AND ALSO VOILANCE WITH THE MOTHER .THE SON SAYS NOTHING TO HER WIFE .WHAT THE MOTHER CAN TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION THROUGH HER SON OR HIS WIFE ?

She can ask maintenance from the son under Section 125 Cr. P.C. and also provisions of a newly enancted Act.  Further, if she engages a hardworking intelligent advocate, she can claim "shared household" and also "maintenance" under the provisions of "Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005".  But to get relief, she should engage really a very good advocate as intricate question of law is involved that whether a mother is entitled any relief from the son under this Act or not.

why the old mother need a hardworking advocate?....Is it compulsory to take an advocate to get relief under "Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005".???

The answer is already in my earlier post and I quote it:
