Why woman not ask maintenance from her family?

MR. RAJKUMAR,IN MY VIEW U MAY HAD PASSED VERY TUFF TIME, THEREFORE UR WORDS ARE LIKE SWORD.IN MY VIEW WHEN U HAVE OLD PARENT U CAN NOT GO FOR THIS  BIG OPREATION.

This is not a big operation these are stupid things made by Hindu marriage law which made divorce nearly impossible without hook and cook.

They have to implement pre-nuptial agreement type of things so that no spouse will suffer.

similar to why husband does not dessert own parents for wife like wife leave the her parents for own hubby?

She has the opportunity to join her left loving parents after the divorce. But she don't want to take that opportunity.

Many women don't divorce easily because they love their hubby v much..so it gives chances to the hubby to serve own parents more seriously which were/threatned to put behind the bar, right?But why their husbands are hungry for divorce instead service innocent parents? 

Agreed with Ranee, it is also true when she came back from inlaws with any dispute, brothers takes her side, also seen some greedy brothers  will try to get some amount from her what she brought from inlaws after harraseing her inlaws/ filed 498a and others..those brothers feel that they are very powerful because they won the case from her sisters inlws and they gain alot money but when money sepnd after  he and his wife do not wants to keep her at home...again same circly. iseen one lady  engaged two times ( both engagement cancelled before marriage..and due to cancellatioon she collected money from inlaws )  and married three times and on all inlaws she filed 498a and collected money..THIS IS OUR GREAT INDIA...................

If proved in court, she marred 3 times  with intention to harass husbands & his family filing 498a & extorting / collecting  Lakhs of Rupees is her business, and it amt to cheating, she will go in jail. 

Hussy shd not pay, shd not divorce, so that she cannot re-marry. Save few more innocent hussy.
