When there is an arbitration clause, the court will direct the parties to take the matter before arbitration. In case defendants also press for the same, then the Court has no other go than to direct the matter to be taken to the arbitration.

First both the parties must choose the arbitator and put your views , if there no settlement comes then you must send a notice to your other partners to desolve partership deed and proceed to Civil Principal Court.
