Here i am having doubt regard RCR,
If wife files 498a, and after she took back the 498a case in Highcourt by signing MOU for mutual divorse.
my doubt is if she not agreeing for MCD in second motion and filled RCR, and husband not willing to stay with her.
What are Pros and cons......, Please give clarification

About three months back I had put my reaction for RCR and I am surprised every body gives inputs / reactions without realising the full implecations.
The whole problem is male ego and hence it does not allow to plead RCR.
LEGAL BATTLES ARE NOT FAUGHT ON EMOTIONS BUT BY CALCULATED GAMEPLAN TO OUTWIT THE OPPONENT.
i CAN NOT GIVE EXACT GAME PLAN FOR OBVISIOUS REASONS .

I had after counsaltion with my lawyer filled RCR though i want to divorce as i wants my child to stay with me (as i am orphan and have no family except my son).my lawyer said u will not custody of your child as law always favour women
pls help what would next best possible step if she denay or file 498a

Sharma Ji,
If you file for child custody the chances of success are very less.
However, if you don't file for child custody the chances of success are ZERO.
Take your pick.
Also, it is your case, you should be telling lawyer which case you want to file.
