Every state has formulated different rules on its own and the rules and regulations are not identical. The foremost norm is that Tractor with such trailer should have a commercial transport permit and not an agricultural permit. The proper course is filing such an RTI application to State Public Information Officer, Mining or NODAL INFORMATION OFFICER, District Collector's office and seeking information from them.

You may approach the district collector office within your district and get the information in person so that you can comply with the requirements accordingly.
