my grand father will he transfer his two banglow on his two sons name also 1 houe for his doughter , that time my father told his father whatever you want to transfer on my name you transfer on my mother name so she will be secured .know the problem is my grand mother ded before death she added 2 sons 1 doughter name on property card .but that property nominee is my father .my uncle{1 son) and aanti{doughter} they claim on my fater property .my uncle allready hold his banglow plus his accupay half banglow which nomineted to my father what to do in this case plz help
