Dear sir,
we have a property which has been surveyed by the govt authority the documents as per SRA are on the name of my uncle which my mother has kept b'coz tht time we were minors although we the possession is with us along with the original documents of my uncle but now we feel like he is trying to capture the property b'coz he is the applicant as per the documents as my mom was expired 2 yrs back and no one is there from our side to support so what papers(format) we should make is it irrevocable power of attorney as per SRA with clause like we owns the property and just his documents were used or anything else please guide me.
