As a new buyer of a ready flat from a builder, what all documents do I need to get from the builder on the date of sale agreement registration?
Some of the ones that I know:
1. Copy of 7 / 12 index
2. Sanctioned plan
3. Occupancy certificate
4. Title search report from builder's advocate
5. Rera registration certificate
What else should I look for? Is the builder legally bound to give any documents?
