whether sites registered in Panchayat areas of Bengaluru are legal

We some 8 families are related to each other and due to very very high rates of sites in city limits we have purchased 8 sites and have got registered in village panchayat areas in 2017-18.Some 2-3 family have built house also.
Now BDA has started acquiring lands in that areas for formation of one layout.Upto now that particular village is not in acquisition list but rumours are there that it may come in that preview.
My query is that if our village comes in that list how to deal it.

At the time of acquisition of land if your part of land comes you will be compensated and alternate plot will be provided under the rules.

Your query is premature and assumption .

If the BDA is intending to acquire the land, it will first issue notice on the basis of the notification made, to the registered land owners and the land owners will be suitably compensated as per law.
