I am from mumbai but i have my grandfathers property in property in sikar city in jaipur but by cosin (Adopted son of my grandfathers second child) brother has taken over the property. As we are residing in mumbai since 30-40 years we do not have any setails of property with us but what we know is that the property was purchased by my grandfathers and my uncle (grandfathers second child) was residing at that place. My grandfather have visited there around 30-35years back for saperation of property but he die in some accident and the saperation not happen that time. After death of my grandfather, my fatrger never visited and now my father is also not alive. Now i want to know about my rights on the property. Can anybody help me on the same.
