Where can i file complaint against an employer for wrongful termination?

I joined a designed studio on lower salary package than I was already drawing just because it was convenient to travel and my employer had a complete idea of my paycut for convenience. They also conducted a test; which I passed and then gave me offer letter. My probation was supposed to be 3 months; but within 5-6 days of my work, they stated my designing skill is not upto their level and asked me work on half salary or to quit. Taking half salary was not good option and I had to leave. Now I am jobless. In my field of work; one needs at least a month to sync into the system and this whole incidence is just very unprofessional and unethical too. Kindly suggest where and how can I lodge a complaint against this employer.

DId you resign by tendering written resignation with immediate effect?

Do you have any evidence that you were asked to leave?

A probationer cannot challenge the termination. If you were within the probationary period then the employer can terminate your service but the notice period/ notice pay, if any, in such case has to be paid.

Even a Probationer can.

You were employed after passing the test conducted by employer.
