When to respond to DVC

1) When is the right time to submit the response to DVC case. Is it better to wait until judge asks for it?
2) DVC petitioner is not attending the adjournments. Zero attendance.

Is not the petitioner expected to attend adjournment?

You should submit your response within 90 days or judge may proceed further by closing the opportunity to file the reply. Petitoner is not expected to attend all hearing her lawyer will represent her in court. For cross-examination she has to appear

If her lawyer is also not appearing you may request the court to dismiss the case.

Submit your ws / reply in time i.e immediately don't wait for asking of judge Petitioner attendance is not required in every date her lawyer represent her in the court .
