HI I have filed divorce case against my wife on mantel cruelty on 25th April 2015 I got first hearing on 29th June 2015.
My question is when and how I can check if NOTICESUMMONS has gone, to my wife address. How would I know if she has accept the Notice. Is there any other way to send NOTICESUMMONS

After filing how will/when notice will go, is my wife only the one who can accept notice. If she reject can i send a copy of my case to her?
