Whats best solution this kind of actvities??

Hello sir, I am qualified audiologist (medical feild ENT). Since 2 yrs i was working with private set up in new bombay on profit sharing basis. Last months i have stopped working with that clinic and i was planning to start my own practice in new by place i was working. The person running the place was non audiologist and he told me that you cannot run your practice in this whole new bombay place. He also told me if you open it i will make sure you are scrud up in short time and i can go to any level and do the things. I need legal help and how can i protect myself and my family?? Please help in this matter.
