I am New to this forum and i have gone through many forums in this site, but i would like to put forward my case as till date --- My wife filed for divorce before four years putting many allegations on me in return i have filed for Conjugal Rights after 10 Months now the case is still running in family court also i have filed for maintenance under section - 24 now i dont want to fight this case due to some reason what will happen -- she will get ex parte divorce and what next consequence about my maintenenance case please guide me
