Sir. My grand father has 3 sons. And they has died on 2007. He has registered written will on my father's name a property he has having. But we were not knowing about will. My father has died on 2014. Can we present will in the name of my mother now.? Can both my father's brother can claim that property? Plz reply.

If the property of your grandfather is self acquired, your mother and you only have rights.
