Wife left marital home without my consent and return after 1 and half month. Again left marital home without my consent with all ornaments. I filed petition U/S 9 (RCR) and after few months returned to marital home and try to suicide then again left home and return after 2 months.
I have filed a police General Diary when she left home 1st time and it is more then 2 years.
What type desertion is it ?
Can I file Divorce on desertion ground cancel the RCR ?

First arrange to send a legal notice for her attitude. See her reply then file R.C.R. If one year living seperately, you can file for divorce on the ground of one year seperation.

Please read full topic before answer, RCR already filed 11 months ago. Exparte will pass my favor next date.
My Question are :-
(i) What type desertion is it ?
(ii) Can I file Divorce on desertion ground cancel the RCR ?
