Situation :
5 childrens, father died without a will, mother is alive
5 childrens consists of : 2 Sons, 3 daughters
One of the daughter died..
I am the son of the daughter who died.
Do I have rights on the property of my grand dad, which was my mother's right?
(BTW my mother had a lot of inhibitions in her family, she was not given a single penny)

Your grand mother gets all the money if it was self earned by your grandfather.

Yes.The property will be devided into 6 parts.One part for grand mother ang rest each for each son/daughter.You are entitled to get your your mother's share.
