when the cause of death is suspected with foul play it is warranted that post mortem be conducted on the death body. the police Report Form sent with the death body forms the authorixzation. In case of Alumnium Phosphate it can be detected by violent vomitting and pain in the stomach. In such case Doctors conducting the post mortem can easily detect the cause of  death by post mortem examination.
