what should i do that i have won the civil case in 2009 & i sell some portion of land in june2011 via proper way "registry" but the property is not transfering in the buyer's name bcoz patwari need more money than usually we all pay, the some portion of this land already has been transfer on another buyer's name on 2011. i told the patwari but he told that tahsildar is intrupting when i asked the tahsildar than he told me that patwari never send me this, & this is now above 6 months, plz tell me what & where i should complaint about this, the land was in my father's name since 1992 & after his death in 2008 the property is transfered in my name
