Supposing that a litigant wins his RP with NCDRC which overturns the orders of both district and state forums, what options are available to the opposite party (OP)?
Can OP approach HC? Or approaching SC is the only option?
Should OP deposit the compensation amount, if any, ordered by NCDRC before filing approaching HC or SC?
