Respondent appear through advocate for answer of RCR petition filed by petitioner. But 90 days left no one attend from the respondent side even advocate.
So what is the time limit of RCR summon answer from respondent. If they don't respond what will happen ?
7 dates have passed since I filed the petition.

1. A WS is required to be filed in 90 days.
2. With a Application for Condonation of Delay one can request Court to condone lapsed time but with 'valid reason' and still can file WS or make an appearance to contest the case.
3. In instance matter you / your side can press for ex part proceeding of case matter on NDOH instead of meditating over seeing wife eventually in a RCR Court.
