Residence order if not complied then what is the procedure, court will adopt u/s 31 P.W.D.V. Act. If the JD confined u/s 31 and sent to jail for not complying the residence orders (maintenance is being paid by him). Will JD be entitled to comply the residence order (whereas he already confined to jail and completed his jail term)?
