A is running the place from the year 1997.whereby he is not the owner of the primises the owner is B. Since its a family matter they never needed an agreement in writing.But since the timeA started he took the licences on his name for running the business from the year 1997 till date.Can he claim this as possesion.since he have been there for more then 12 months.

No he don't claim this as possesion.
because 1 year is not sufficient time to claim as a possesion.

sorry its not 1 year its from year 1997 to 2010 he have the licenses on his name
