I feel as 498A does not give any punishment for the girl even though it is false it is being mis used largely. Also as long as there is always corruption any law will be missused.
Even 498A is not helping the ones who realy suffred and for whom it was intened due the very corruption in Police, Judiciary.
We see in many channels that many govt officials caught while taking bribe. But we never seen any one happening for Judicairy. So TV channels and anti corruption people should also raid the Judiciary judges, other employees to find out the corrupt people and book cases and suspneded from services then only atleast the laws will used properly without being misused to some extent.
