Why did you have child so fast?  You should have taken time to understand wife first, then you should have had s ex wit her.  Without thinking you had s ex with your wife, now you have a child and have lots of adjustment isssues with her.  The kid will suffer in between both of you.

Now only two options, go fall to the feet of wife and in-laws asking them not to file 498a etc.  Beg them.  lick their soles, lick their chappals, Cry before them.  and convince them not to file case.  Agree to all their demands for the sake of your child's future. If they agree ok.  

If they dont agree, then ghoda hai maidaan he.  They put all cases against you.  You roam to court until your car tyre or two wheeler tyre ghisafy..and your chappals get torn off.  You will roam to court till you get fed up of your life and want to either kill your wife or kill yourself.

You at most can get bail or anticipatory bail.  as she is working, you show court proof of her income and you need not pay her alimony, but will have to pay alimony to your child till she becomes 18.  

Hire cheap and best lawyer, your time in court is about to begin.  and it will continue for the next 7-8 years.

Be prepared to go to jail also.

Provide moral support to parents and relatives in this hour as they too are about to go to jail, be inspiring, provide courage through sigmund freud books, arrange for anticiaptory bail and if get caught apply for bail after going to jail, at all times keep in touch with cheap and best lawyer.  Dont hire costly lawyer, hire a lawyer who charge not more than 300 rs per date, its really no use hiring costly lawyer.  Why?  I explain in next reply.

Its a shameless life after this.  So learn to be shameless, ask your parents and relatives also to be shameless as police and your lovely wife will ensure that you wont be able to raise your head in society one more time. 

Another option is to pay her lumpsum money and ask her to give you divorce and also the kid back to you.

I suggest you leave the kid with her, she gave  birth to child, she left you, she is planning to file 498a etc so let the child be with her. let her take the blame of separating from husband.  Another headache is if you take kid with you, kid keep asking all sorts of question and chew your left over brains till you want to commit suicide, kid will become a societal problem, all ask kid in school where is your mom and you will have to lie to the kid or tell truth to kid about the great woman you married, and it will never believe in the institution of marriage, kids whose parents go through divorce usually end up on the other side of the law, so literally you both will be responsible to destroy the future of your child.  Safer side, leave the kid to the headache creator wife, let her enjoy the headache herself.  

If she agrees to give divorce, let the child be with her, dont bother about child, you just keep visiting child by filing visitation rights case against her.

In spare time write to Narendra Modi, asking him to help married males by removing 498a and DV act from law.

Dont lose hope, one day after 7-8 years you will definitely get divorce.
