What can we do??

Our paternal house is next to a school. The school playground is next to our house. Now my cousin along with some political party members, have got village development fund sanction for getting a public toilet done on the school grounds, and the location is just in front of our house main door. Around 10 years back there was a toilet in that place, and with great difficulty that was removed. Now again, they are setting it up, so that it will be a problem for our family. First of all there is no need for this toilet as the school has its own toilet inside its building. And if at all it is required, it need to be somewhere, such that it doesn't create any problem for anyone. We want to get a stay order for this so that the location for the toilet is changed.
