WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST A FOREIGNER MISUSING HIS E-TOURIST VISA?

I know a foreign national, who has come to India on a tourist visa but now is running an anti-government journalistic podcast show in India. As he is on a tourist visa he can visibly legally not run such a podcast in India so in what way can we have action against him.

A podcast is an audio only show. Where he interviews other people.

Hello, greetings of the day.
As per your query, a foreign national, who is running an anti-government journalistic podcast show in India can be tried under Section 14(B) of The Foreigners Act, 1946. Under this section, Penalty for contravention of provisions of the Act, whoever indulges in any act in violation of the conditions of the valid visa issued to him for his entry and stay in India shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of five years and can also be liable to fine.  As per the laws, when someone is visiting India with their visa, they are disbarred from engaging in any paid performances and work as foreign press, in radio shows, film, print journalism or other informative media acting against the government. Section 2, IPC applies to a foreigner who has committed an offence within India and is guilty. Such a person can be tried and punished without any limitation for his corporeal presence in India.
Hope this answers your query.
