WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THE VERDICT GIVEN BY HIGH COURT OF DELHI ON SECTION 377 I.P.C?

I think Delhi High Court has just saved a few people from being branded as criminals by asking to ammend sec 377.....Going beyond that to the extent of Glorifying or Glamourising court s decision is unfair and unjustified
