Hi,
I have a question for the experts on this forum, for the past 6 years an issue is affecting us, our upstairs neighbour has done some legal or illegal construction in his apartment, on the terrace area and also the construction of an additional toilet adjoining his terrace. The area that he has carried this work out on is right above our master bedroom.
Due to this work that he has carried out, there has been constant leaking for the past 6 years which has rendered our master bedroom unusable and has also caused material damage.
We would like to know what legal course of action we have to get this issue addressed?
