Waste water disposal outlet is placed on our land by our nieghbour is polluting the land.When asked to remove the outlets they are hesitating to do it.How do we respond to it?Just wanted to know a staright approach of removing the same from our end would trigger any legal issues.

Mr. Salam,
If verbally he is not obeying then get issued legal notice to him for which consult any local lawyer who will issue notice of nusense to public health of neighbours and others.
