Want to see my sister

We are the family of six people. In that we are three sister. My second yielder sister got married two years back and after marriage lot of issues happened. Now my problem is my sister delivered a baby boy on May’13.But her in laws and husband are not allowing to see my sister and her son. Due to this we are mentally got stressed and i am having doubt of that they are black mailing her. As per my concern my parents having rights to see her daughter and grandson .  My father went to her home to see my sister and her son. But they refused to show both of them. I just want to know is there any legal way to see my sister and cousin.

Yes. by filing a suit for visitation rights.  If there is apprehension that the sister is illegally confined, habeas corpus petition provision is there, but it should be availed after a lot of thinking,as it may zeopardize sister's interests at matrimonial home.  But by filing visitation rights, you can achieve the purpose of meeting the sister as well as the child.
