Hello experts, i want to purchase a property in mumbai slum area.Just want your advice and what all documents and formalities i need to do in this regards. I have always heard people asking for survey receipt 2000 etc. I dont have much knowledge in this matter.
Please help me in this matter.

you get all the document, what are the condition fulfill for sale another party, and how long wait for sell own property to some one, as per slum clearance board, denied upto 20 years sale, after 20 years can owner get sale deed from slum clearance board, after that the owner can sell the property any one.
