Me & My partner has purchased a flat in Vasai- Thane ( Maharashtra) registration was done on both of us name, I am co-borrowers in the home loan..
Now we both are going to separate & I only regularly paying the EMI of the loan. We wants to transfer the property in my name so that i can avail the benefits and also to avoid any property problems in future.
how to go about making the gift deed?? what will be the charges ( stamp duty, registration) current market value is 15,0000 INR.
Is Gift deed is right way to take the complete ownership? in future it is possible for my partner to cancel this gift deed without my approval/notice??
