IN a petition for maintenance under section125 of CRPC filed by the wife,can the family court consider an interim application by the husband for visitation rights to his child?Doesthe magistrate have the power to grant visitation under 125 CRPC?Is there any citation to that effect?

i think u can. my wife had filed 125 CrPC, judge got a compromise done in which judge got me visitation rights as well
