Visitation norms for 2 years old girl child

hello

i am a 34 year old woman - me and my husband are filing for a mutual consent divorce. i am not claiming any alimony or child support.

we have a 2 year old daughter and i am going to have her custody (mutually decided) - however my husband is insisting on extensive visitaion rights like taking my daughter away for 30 days in a year away from me (including taking her outside the country) - this is something i am not comfortable with and i feel my daughter is too young to live in a unfamiliar environment for such long strectches of time or to live with my in-laws who she is not famiiar with at all.

i need advise on what are the norms with regards to a father's visititation rights for a 2 year old girl child.

thanks.
