Hey I have booked a 2 BHK flat in gurgaon which is pre-launched.
But the builder\society is not popular, as a booking amont I have to pay 2 lacs INR.
builder is saying they already purchased the land, and they have document...
My question is how to verify that the land is purchased by Builder, also how to verify that builder will not run after getting the money, can i check teh detail of other members who booked in the same society.
which document i ask for with the builders. your suggestions will be very very useful for me. kindly reply.
