I HAD PURCHASED SHOP ABOUT 21 YEARS AGO, WHICH WAS NOT REGISTERED FOR SO MANY YEARS . I HAVE THE POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AND ELECTRICITY BILL SINCE 21 YEARS. NOW IN THE END ON 2014 THE VENDOR SOLD THE SAME PROPERTY TO THIRD PARTY THROUGH PROPER REGISTRATION PROCESS. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO NOW ?

I fail to understand,what you were doing all these years, without registering the said property after paying of due proceeds. You can contest the sale deed executed by your ex seller. The chances of getting through is little.
